Poor quality item,poor customer service.

I have ordered online ParcelWirx Package Delivery Box with Chute from RTS home and it was delivered, when I open the package tried to open the chute to try it out and it wasn't opening top mail part was stuck between the chute doors and hit broke. Also found out one of the magnet was holding the chute was broke in 3 pieces. Regarding to all these problems I have emailed back to RTS Home but I haven't heard anything back from them. LOSS OF MONEY FOR BUSINESS
