We offer free shipping on orders except those shipping to Carrier Extended Areas. For orders in Carrier Extended Areas, we will contact you with an updated freight cost prior to shipping your order. If you choose to accept this freight cost, we will ship your order. If you choose to decline this freight cost, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
If you believe you are in a Carrier Extended Area and would like a freight quote prior to placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com with your address and the items you wish to purchase.
Once your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. After your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes returns are required.
RTS Companies US Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods set forth below.
1 Year Warranty
- Aluminum components
- Tri-colour laminated plastic panels
- Galvanized steel posts and frames – warranted against the spread of corrosion or rust, for a period of one year
- Plastic components
All warranty periods begin on the date of invoice. This warranty does not cover defects, which are merely cosmetic, but is limited to defects, which result in structural failure, including structural failure due to material corrosion or deterioration. This warranty does not cover damage due to vandalism, abuse, lack of maintenance or improper installation. No person except Seller’s President shall have the authority to alter this warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Upon presentation of a valid claim within the applicable warranty period, Seller shall at its option repair or replace the defective part or parts FOB point of manufacture, excluding labour costs. This remedy is Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy. In no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any claims made within the above stated warranty periods must be made promptly after discovery of the defect. A part is covered only for the original warranty period. Once the warranty period on the part has expired, the warranty on any replaced or repaired part also expires. After the expiration of the warranty period, you must pay for all the parts, transportation and service charges.
RTS Companies US Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any claim in whole or in part.
To cancel your order, please contact RTS Home Accents as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-663-2803. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
If an item is out of stock, you can still place your order and as soon as it comes back into stock, you will be at the top of the list to receive your product. Alternatively, you can check back periodically and place your order when an item is back in stock.
We strive to provide the highest quality products and would like your feedback to continue making sure this happens. Your reviews also help other potential customers know if you are happy with your recent purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com or 1-800-663-2803 so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Once your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. After your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to see your anticipated delivery date on the carrier’s website. Orders are shipped from Ontario Canada and shipping times across the country may vary based on distance.
RTS Companies Inc, the manufacturer of RTS Home Accents products, has manufacturing facilities in Ontario Canada and Ohio USA.
To make changes to your existing order, please contact RTS Home Accents as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-663-2803. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately make the requested changes. If your order has shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes.
At this point in time, we are only selling and shipping directly to customers in Canada. In the future, we will be looking to expand this into the United States as well. In the meantime, you can purchase RTS Home Accents products through Amazon, Chimney, Costco, Gardener’s Supply, Home Depot, Hooks N Lattice, Macys, OJ Commerce, Unbeatable, Walmart and Wayfair. Please note that not all retailers sell all RTS Home Accents products.
